I am 14 and I play football a daily 2 hours. I do sit-ups as quickly as possible without using fancy machines. Also just want to be able to take my shirt and run while looking great and in shape. I also have some fat that I would get rid of it. While I'm playing football in the habit of both fat disappears, and I think if I am fit I will be able to run faster without getting tired so fast.
Okay, I'm 14 and I really want 6 pack abs (or almost) as fast as I can get. I'm not fat, but not super skinny and I want to feel as comfortable as possible in a bikini this summer. I've been doing 200 abdominal and 50 leg-lifts every afternoon during the last 3 days and can see my abs taking shape a little, but I want to know if there is anything I can do to speed this up. Any help would be great. Thank you!
The thing is im 13 and need a 6 pack Abs. I barley have fat in the body, so I know they are going to show. Thus, in a simple explination, how can I get these abs fast and easy and without machines or expensive equipment
